The content is uploaded to a Web site or mobile network or otherwise made available for download. When a user downloads or encounters the code, the user’s system software or application uses a public key to decrypt the signature.   • Enter organization and billing information.
  • Create a VeriSign Certificate Center account or sign in to an existing account.
  • Pick up your certificate in VeriSign Certificate Center after VeriSign completes authentication.
